How my journey began
MSc, University of Oxford, International Education
BA, University of Michigan, Cognitive Psychology
I’ve loved spreadsheets, lists, organization, and discovering new technologies for as long as I can remember.
After authoring over 8 textbooks + an app while juggling 3-4 other freelance projects, I learned how to simplify, automate, and streamline my workflow. The work required sourcing and tracking hundreds of assets across separate chapters, books, and series, following strict naming conventions, and producing detailed briefs and instructions. I also improved the authoring template with bookmarks and links that saved ~2 hours per chapter, or ~200 hours across the project.
While designing educational content, clients started asking for help organizing files, creating reusable templates, and building forms. That work quickly became the part I enjoyed most.
What energizes me is finding practical ways to automate workflows, connect tools, and remove hours of administrative friction.
I work behind the scenes to support nonprofits, B-corps, one-person agencies, and small teams that do not have time to focus on processes and workflows. I offer on-demand support for one-time systems design and automation projects, as well as ongoing back-office support, so you can spend less time on admin and more time serving clients, meeting with clients, and growing revenue.
