How much does it cost?

1 service: $150 | 2 services: $250 | 3 services: $300 - Nonprofits
1 service: $250| 2 services: $400| 3 services: $450- Social Enterprise/Mission-Driven Work
I am requesting a small stipend to assist with administrative costs, which equates to less than 20% of what would normally be charged for this type of work. This is a flat fee not connected to hourly rates or time. The stipend for one, two, or three projects is below the stipend limit set by the Volunteer Protection Act of 1997.

I’d recommend you begin with a project that meets your most pressing demand according to the following guide:
Spending too much time on back-office tasks, such as billing, customer or client record management, or other software-related administrative duties? I’d suggest automation.
Do you frequently work with documents or presentations and spend a lot of time on formatting or design issues? I’d recommend document design to create a reusable master template.
Do you spend a lot of time on training or repeatedly giving the same instructions? I’d recommend an online course for an interactive, easy-to-follow guide with written and video instructions.
Why are you doing this?

While I’ve been doing work in systems design, document design, and online course creation for more than 10 years, I am eager to gain more experience working with nonprofits. While my website is in development, I am seeking a few nonprofits to work with for a mutual benefit - you get a solution to improve your operations for a small stipend, and I get more experience supporting a nonprofit.
What is your experience and background?

I have a master’s degree in international education from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. I began my career as an English teacher and curriculum writer. I have co-authored and edited 8 books and an app, which have been sold in more than 40 countries and used by more than 1 million students worldwide. I learned a lot about document design, formatting, and management through writing textbooks, managing assets, and sourcing art and images, and even designing layout for a few books I wrote.
I then transitioned to online course creation. I started by creating and selling 3 courses on Udemy to more than 3,000 learners from more than 100 countries. After this experience, I was able to get contract work as an Instructional Designer, designing corporate online courses at YouTube/Google, the University of California, Riverside, and startups, such as Thrive DX. In these roles, I learned about systems design - optimizing and automating software processes.
Since 2022, I’ve primarily worked with solopreneurs and small businesses to optimize their systems. In 2026, I started Clarity Operations Consulting, LLC, in hope of extending my service to nonprofits.
